It is with the deepest sadness that we announce the passing of life-long Wittoner Eric Steele.
Eric sadly passed away this morning at the age of 97, he had been a resident at Acorn Hollow Care Home in Manchester Road.
Further details regarding his funeral will be announced at the appropriate time.
Very sad news, used to enjoy my chats with Eric about all things Witton, a very good Wittoner.
