The ESPFA - which is in its NINTH year - is an education and football study programme for school leavers in 2023 and 2024.
There are 8 regions in association with 11 semi-professional football clubs where the study programmes are based.

STUDY - Students study for a Level 3 in Sport.
TRAIN - Three times a week with FA/UEFA qualified coaches.
REPRESENT - Your chosen semi-professional football club in the ESPFA league and cup at non-league stadia.
EXPERIENCE - The world of sport, teaching, coaching, analysis, podcasting, media, filming, business, hospitality.
EDUCATION PATHWAYS - Higher education partnerships with UCFB (university) and FirstPoint USA (US scholarships)
FOOTBALL PATHWAYS - First team, development and semi-professional pathway opportunities. 85 students have made their first team debut for partner clubs since 2014.
