Where do you think we will end up come May 2018? Mid table consolidation, relegation, maybe a cheeky push towards the play offs? Could we even win it?
This is just a thread for Wittoners to give their views, opinions, concerns etc on the upcoming season. For me its all about consolidation in a higher league. Ending up in or close to the play offs would be beyond our wildest dreams imo.

See where we are after ten games, then twenty & then thirty. Don’t forget we play 46 league games this season. I’m confident that we’ll give a good account of ourselves.
The main thing for me is consolidation, which i am sure we will achieve. i think anything above a top 10 finish would be a bonus. But you never know with this team, with their commitment and their desire anything is possible. So maybe with their resolve we could possibly be pushing for a play off position. UTA
I’d be happy to have a season without contention, on, or off the pitch. I’d be equally happy to see any Wittoners who missed out on last season, for whatever reason, back on the terraces.
I believe you can get 14/1 on Witton winning the title. Personally I’ll go for 9th + win the Cheshire Senior Cup.

would be happy to play the style of football we did last season and see what happens, Would hope to be pushing for top 10 and hopefully a couple of long cups runs. oh and a double win over Alty, who seem to think they are too big of a club for this Tin Pot league :red and have it won already.

6 points off Mickleover and Sunny days for Matlock and Buxton away so I can get the bike out and I’m happy!
I’d be happy with midtable and anything above that wil be a bonus. If we are secure in the league I’d like to see us have a serious crack at the cups we don’t normally bother with like the League Cup and the Cheshire Senior Cup.
