FC United of Manchester vs Witton Albion.

Witton face another tough test on Saturday afternoon when they travel to FC United of Manchester in a Northern Premier League Premier Division fixture.

The reverse fixture at the U Lock It Stadium saw FC United edge a five-goal thriller, with the deciding goal coming in the dying minutes but Witton can feel aggrieved that they didn’t get something from the game.

Albion have shown improvement in the last few games and the performance against play off chasing Scarborough Athletic last weekend has given the team hope and confidence for future games.

FC United are currently in good form having secured two victories and two draws in their last five games and will be looking to continue that form.

Witton will be looking to pick up their first win since October last year and with striker Callum Saunders finding his shooting boots once again, it could be an interesting afternoon.

Kick off at Broadhurst Park is 3pm.

Same team that started v Scarborough but in a 4 4 2, our improved form gives us a chance in this usually lively fixture. Good luck lads. UTA
