Just to try and keep it to the football, looking forward to this game just a shame they haven’t finished their new ground in time any news on player fitness? Is East back or have we signed another keeper? Any other transfer news?
I’d be more than happy with a draw and seeing as fc have drawn 8 times already this season why not?
Oh and don’t worry johnny, we’ll get to see their new ground next season
As many are traveling to Stalybridge by train heres a money saving tip, at Northwich station as for a Wayfarer, these cost £11 or £6 concessions and are valid for unlimited travel in the Cheshire and Greater Manchester areas for one day on Trains and Buses so once arriving at Stalybridge station you can use the same ticket to catch a bus to the ground! The usual train fare is £16.40 return so your saving enough for a couple of beers
Also the Trains depart Northwich every hour and with a 10 minute wait at Piccadily for the Stalybridge train the whole journey takes 1 hour 23 minutes
Theres a group of us catching the 10 28am fron Northwich and the more the merrier, were meeting in the Penny Black for breakfast from 8 30am onwards and our American supporter Shawn Minnier is joining us for the trip.
Return journey departs Stalybridge at 17 50 arriving in Northwich at 19 14
FC’s recent form: LLDWDW.
Almost 2,000 at their last two home games. Hopefully the players see it as another reason to perform and continue our one game winning run B)
Apparently 80 Hamburg fans are flying over especially to watch this game, i wonder if we can get them shouting for us instead of FC?
I can see us getting at least a draw tomorrow as FC have struggled to score goals especially at Stalybridge so hopefully we can score 1 or 2 and who knows maybe even snatch a win!
Ooops its because im off work tomorrow so today feels like a Friday
I’ve been reading more about the Germans coming over and there’s 85 of them who are on the verge of setting up their own fan run club so there coming to see how fcum have done it.
We are calling in there for a pint or 2 before heading up to the ground, also having a couple at Piccadily station in the upstairs bar where we shall be meeting up with more Wittoners
Really looking forward to tomorrow, got high hopes for a Witton win
As there’s no segregation tomorrow along with FC fans reluctance to change ends whichever end were attacking will have large numbers of home fans making noise so for us to be noticed we need to stand together and sing together!
See you in the Penny for breakfast UTA
