Former Witton winger Luke Wall, is amongst four players released by Warrington Town. He has accepted an offer to continue his football career in Gibraltar.

Clitheroe have announced the signing of former Albion goalkeeper Jon “Spider” Worsnop.

Crewe Alexandra have extended the contract of former Witton loanee Owen Dale. Two others who have also had loan spells at Wincham Park, Shaun Miller & Connor Heath have both been released by the Gresty Road club.

Mossley have announced former Albion goalkeeper David Fish as their new manager.

Former Colne manager Steve Cunningham has been appointed as the new manager of National League North Curzon Ashton.

Buxton have signed former Albion winger Osebi Abadaki from Hednesford Town.

Nantwich Town have signed former Witton forward Michael Koral from 1874 Northwich.

A good signing, will suit Buxton’s attacking style, deserved more game time when here.

Don’t think Koral will be good enough tbh unless Nantwich are cutting budgets post covid 19 ?

Former Albion midfield maestro Mickey Mellon was, yesterday, appointed as Manager of Dundee United FC after a compensation payment to Tranmere Rovers FC.

Teenage defender Leo Roberts who spent time at Wincham Park last season on a dual registration with AFC Fylde and made a couple of substitute appearances, has now signed a permanent deal with relegated Chorley.

Midfielder Lewis Doyle who had a brief loan spell at Wincham Park, has now signed for fellow Northern Premier League Premier Division club Atherton Collieries after leaving Accrington Stanley.

Former Witton left full back, Dave Tickle, has been appointed as Manager of NWCFL First Division North side Pilkington FC.

League One side Rochdale have signed former Albion midfielder Alex Newby on a two year deal from Chorley, following the Magpies relegation from the National League.

Two players with Albion connections have departed their respective clubs. Forward James Hooper has been released by newly-promoted Altrincham whilst midfielder Bradley Bauress has left Southport.

Connor Heath who had a loan spell at Wincham Park whilst a Crewe Alexandra player, has featured for Nantwich Town during pre season following his release from the Alexandra Stadium.

Former Witton goalkeeper Ryan Neild has joined Runcorn Linnets.
