I dont get some people on here.yes you pay your money and can have your say.but the management team only try to do the right thing for the club.you will never keep 20 players happy. So some will always leave if they dont want to fight for their shirt or they just want to play.this management team have won witton promotion and are unbeaten this seaon . If we had start like some teams with bigger budget i could understand but we haven’t.and we should get behind them and see where the ride takes us

I back the lads 100% but I don’t back the management. Some of their recent decisions have been baffling. Letting Danny and Scott go and taking the captaincy off Gards are some of his bizarre decisions. He doesn’t Carr what we the fans think, if you don’t believe me go ask him, that’s if he’ll speak to you he’s that ignorant
My Bank Manager looks after my money very well but has never spoken to me either!! Who cares what Carl is like, who cares what decisions he takes? If he gets results that is what he is paid for, if not he gets the sack. Promotion and unbeaten seem to be saying he knows how to manage a football team.

JT I can assure you that Carl is far from ignorant. He can not go out and have a conversation and approach every supporter. What exactly are you expecting from him? Everybody has their own style of communication and personality. He is not an extrovert but he is personable and approachable and if you go to him and have a conversation with him you will learn that. I am not happy that Danny has gone or that Scott wanted to go to Leek but at the end of the day we have to put our trust in the management team who have already proven they want to take the club further. He is doing more for us than the last few managers have. I know it is a forum for free speech and I am not having a go at you for your post but I feel you do not know the management team if you feel you can slate them the way you are doing. If Carl, Gary or Mooresy read these posts then I can only say a big thank you for their work and dedication for what they have given to us and long may it last.
I think we have to understand that we won’t know all the ins and outs of player/management conversations, so we have to trust the management team to make the best decisions for the club. I accept we have had managers who haven’'t always done that (Jim Vince?) but that’s where the board come in and can make sure everything is as it should be. Overall, I think we have done brilliantly over the past couple of years on and off the field. We have got the best platform for success since the early 90’s with so much positively happening around the club, so there is NO reason to be negative. Keep the faith, support the team on and off the pitch. I’m off to Pop Hornbys for me sarsaparilla
