Goole AFC vs Witton Albion

Unfortunately, due to the fact that I didn’t receive any matchday information for Goole before the printer’s deadline, I was unable to include it in the Sutton Coldfield Programme. As promised, I am including it on here.

Directions to Victoria Pleasure Ground are as follows: Exit M62 at junction 36 and follow signs for Goole “Town Centre.” At 2nd set of lights turn right into Boothferry Road and continue for 300 yards, turn right into Carter Street and the ground is at the end of the road - 366 metres from Goole Railway Station.

Parking: Mainly street parking all around the ground. Disabled supporters can park in the club car park, where there are a limited number of spaces available. Prior notification is required and the disabled supporters need to arrive no later than 2.30pm.

Admission Prices: Adults £7, Concessions £5, Children £2.
Matchday Programme: £2.

Disabled Facilities: There are no designated areas within the ground for wheelchair users although, the surrounding areas of the ground are generally wheelchair-friendly.
There is a toilet with ramped access for wheelchair users inside the ground although this is kept locked to prevent mis-use. A key can be obtained from a club official.

Social Club Access: The Social Club is accessible to wheelchair users and is located behind the Main Stand.

Refreshments: The refreshment areas can be found near to the main entrance to the ground. I have it on good authority that Goole AFC sell the best pies in the league.

Travel Information: Due to lack of interest, the Development Fund Supporters coach has had to be cancelled. However, there maybe spaces available on the Team Coach leaving Wincham Park at 11am. Please contact Pete Riley for more information.
For supporters making their own way, the postcode for SatNav purposes is: DN14 6WW.

You have enhanced your already good service by including pie information :stuck_out_tongue:

Goole or Frickley-on-Sea as it is better known!

Ive heard about these lovely pies at goole so its pie, peas, gravy and mint sauce washed down with a couple of lagers on sat and hopefully 3pts too
see you all in goole

Going to miss this “home” game due to Conneely wedding on Saturday!

Come on the Albs, another win would be great!!!
WHS.

Surely the directions to the “Victoria Pleasure Ground” must be wrong??

Come on the Albs a luvverly away win would be just the ticket!!!

I fear this may be a bridge too far after Monday nights heroic efforts with ten men.I hope i am wrong but the VPG is home to a hostile and partisan crowd, one of the last places to go after a draining week.Perhaps i am just a pussy and the squad proove me wrong.

Our team don’t strike me as weak hearted, not after the last few games, we can win, 3-0 I say.
WHS.

we need to get behind the lads and push them to victory we know there a good bunch they know there good enough to do the job we need to really shout out to the guys and show them we are behind them.
