I’m sure that alot of Witton fans will be saddened to hear this news. Dario (agree with him or not) has been the life blood of Crewe for years. The Alex Ferguson of the lower leagues! I wish Steve Davis the best in taking temporary charge. HE WILL NEED IT! I havn’t always agreed with their choices of academy scholers but hey ho.In my opinion they have missed out on lots and lots of local talent.
Also, I believe that Congleton are seeking a new manager they have released both their manager and assistant manager. Not entirely surprising. When we played them in a pre-season friendly they were woful in my opinion and things don’t seem to have improved much. Its a smashing club with a lovely set up and again I wish them well for the future. Baring a minor miracle they won’t be promoted this season. Football is a results game and sadly if the results go wrong for too long you are out! Harry for England and St George!!! SBL
