I agree totally with your sentiments. Graham is a catastrophic loss to this club. However, I think he now needs some space. I think we may have badgered him too much into coming back, and inadvertently put more pressure on him.
Graham is a Wittoner through and through…give him some time to reflect and I feel he will rejoin the fold sometime in the future, albeit not in such a high pressured role.
As far as i am aware Graham Pickering is still at Witton?!? 
Any other Graham’s will come back when they are good and ready…
