There are two names next to each horse cos there are two ‘sweeps’. Those that drew numbers 41-48 in the first sweep are non-runners so they’ve been allocated numbers 1-8 in the second sweep, in fairness.

I am not one to believe in premonitions but do you think poor Synchronised had one? He dumped his jockey prior to the race and did a runner then baulked badly when shown the first fence; 5 minutes later he was dead.

Which fund will that be the fighting fund, the development fund or the assistance fund have you read some of the drivel from Rushe/Mcnally these people are just so false its laughable in the extreme well i can laugh anyway. :laugh:

Andy Simpson has emailed me today and wishing his prize money to go to the Development Fund. Great gesture. With Ched also channelling his win towards a season ticket for next season it is a good result for the Dev Fund coffers.
