Vics have broken league rules and the league have investigated and applied the appropriate punishments
Vics have broken HMRC rules and the HMRC has investigated and applied the appropriate punishments
There are rumours about dodgy sources of money, if any of these rumours are true then it is up to the police to investigate
These are professional bodies that gather the real evidence and apply the laws of the land/league.
It is not up to us to be judge and jury based on the rumour mill
Therefore, provided that Vics pay up front there is no reason why Witton Albion Football Club should not do business with another business that has already been investigated, judged and punished by the correct professional bodies.
That’s going to swell the match-day catering coffers at WP then!
Meanwhile, I think you’ll find, Colin, if you read DDH’s posts that he is one of the lapsed Vics fans who doesn’t trek to Flixton, so he won’t be one of the 10 who do. Whether he will trek to WP, only time will tell.
And as for HMRC having “investigated and applied appropriate punishments”, I’m guessing the person posting that is not a taxpayer or user of public (tax-funded) services. That would explain the “it doesn’t matter about not paying all the other bills as long as they pay ours” attitude. Either that or Witton really are more desperate for finances than we are led to believe. I hope not.
I see our “Sunday League” team attracted more spectators on Saturday than the combined Witton/Vics attendances, by the way.

He made a school boy error on the Warrington thread on here ha ha. Seen posts for him also on the guardian website how he hasn’t been to see Vics since the Drill Field days, and went to the 2012 2014 beer festival and had a wonderful time, not to mention attending 2012 matches this season.

What on earth are you gobbling? I don’t have a twitter account and I’ve never posted on the Guardian website but I do have a Facebook account and if you really are Colin B for Buckley you’d know that because you accepted my friend request.
I do not pretend to be someone I’m not but I will say if you are a die hard Vics fan and this is how you treat stay away fans with suspicion and contempt then you’ll never attract old or new fans back to support Vic’s.
