Witton travel to Halesowen Town on Tuesday night in an Evo-Stik Premier Division fixture. The “Yeltz” have made a disappointing start to their campaign and currently sit second bottom in the table, having won once in their seven games to date. They did have an enforced day off on Saturday following the postponement of their scheduled visit to Ashton United due to the weather. Last season saw them finish in nineteenth position in the Premier Division having suffered defeats in almost half of their league games. Witton go into the game following their excellent victory at Stafford Rangers on Saturday and will be looking to build on that but, past experience says that games again struggling teams are seldom easy and Witton can’t and surely won’t take their opponents lightly. Kick off at The Grove is 7.45pm.
