Witton continue their quest for the play offs on Saturday afternoon when they travel to Hanley Town in a Northern Premier League West Division fixture.
John Macken’s team sit one place and one point outside the top five going into the game and face a Hanley team in the lower reaches of the table.
Goals from James Lawrie and Connor Hughes secured three points for the Albion when the two sides met at the U Lock It Stadium earlier in the season, so they will be hoping to complete the double over the Staffordshire outfit and put pressure on the teams above them.
Hanley have struggled for consistency this season and go into the game off the back of a narrow defeat at Mossley last time out.
They did however, take a point from in-form City of Liverpool FC recently so will pose a few questions for the Albion.
One of the main reasons for Hanley’s lack of success so far has been the lack of goals, only bottom club 1874 Northwich have scored fewer league goals this season.
Witton won’t have it easy and will have to perform in order to achieve the right result but Hanley will be looking to impose themselves on the game.
Kick off at the Low Cost Roofing Stadium is 3pm.
