Hednesford Town v. Witton Albion

Witton make their longest trip of the league season on Saturday afternoon when they travel to Hednesford Town in a Northern Premier League West Division fixture.

The winning run came to an end against Mossley at the U Lock It Stadium last weekend but they extended the sequence of unbeaten games to eight with the draw.

The Pitmen go into the game in seventh place in the table and have drawn their last four games in all competitions including two league games against Avro and Clitheroe respectively.

The game at the U Lock It Stadium earlier in the season also ended all square with Wealth Dasilva equalising for the Albion in the 98th minute after the Pitmen had gone into a 2-1 lead.

Witton go to Keys Park in confident mood having won their last three games on the road so will be looking to continue that form.

Albion’s last victory at Keys Park was back in December 2018 when James Foley’s penalty secured the points.

Another difficult game faces the team but they will be looking to impose themselves on their opponents and hopefully come away with three more vital points.

Kick off at Keys Park is 3pm.

Looking forward to our longest trip, a good ground will be a severe test for us.

Our form has dipped a little and think we need to tweak the set up to cover for losing German.

I would bring in Brazel to midfield for Watson and push Harrop on a little bit!

Good luck whoever plays. UTA
