Hednesford Town vs Witton Albion.

Witton make the trip down the M6 on Saturday afternoon when they travel to the Midlands to take on Hednesford Town in an Evo-Stik Premier Division fixture. The Pitmen find themselves in mid-table going into the game but not in the best of form having lost four of their last five matches including a 4-1 defeat at neighbours Stafford Rangers last weekend. Witton’s away form has been impressive in recent weeks, having won three of their last five and they will be looking to continue that form in what will still prove to be a difficult test against a determined Hednesford side. Following the departure of manager Rob Smith, who has now taken over the reins at Halesowen Town, former Pitman Francinco Francis has assumed the mantle at Keys Park albeit on a temporary basis and he will be aiming to overturn the club’s fortunes in the coming weeks, as they look to improve their current form. Last season’s meeting between the two sides saw The Pitmen come out on top by the narrowest of margins at Keys Park but Witton then won the return fixture at Wincham Park more comfortably. Kick off at Keys Park is 3pm.

Just seen on TV the weather at the Wolves v Liverpool game tonight, and it looks horrendous! Is there any news of any pitch inspections tomorrow for our game?

Haven’t had any confirmation as yet regarding any pitch inspection.

A tough but winnable fixture that could see us go above the hosts in the table, not heard any injury updates so not sure if Mckenna,Brewster or Lingouba are fit so hard to pick the team but Id like to see :

Hall
Gardner, Humphries,Wardle, Wilson, Devine
Mckenna, Lussey, Foley
Owens Hopley

We play so much better with this shape and results have shown this undoubtably, looking forward to seeing the game and HOPEFULLY 3 points for Xmas

UTA

Danny McKenna & Delial Brewster are not likely to feature but Cesaire, James Foley & Will Jones, the news was much better for us.

Great just bring Lingouba in to the midfield for Mckenna, hopefully the new year will see us clear of injuries UTA
