Witton’s U21’s are in action on Thursday night when they travel to Hyde United in a friendly against the Tigers Development Squad. The game is being played at Ewen Fields with a 7.45pm kick off.

Directions: Leave the M60 at Junction 24 and take the M67 towards Sheffield. Exit M67 at junction 3, continue to traffic lights
at the top of the slip road, turn right towards Hyde Town Centre. At second set of traffic lights turn left onto Mottram Road. Continue past Morrisons Store on the left to 1st set of lights, turn right onto Lumn Road and continue to T- junction. At T - junction, turn left onto Walker Lane. The entrance to the stadium is just past “Hyde Leisure Pool.” (Total Distance - 34.5 miles).

Parking: There is parking available outside the stadium and at the Leisure Pool. Please note: A residents only parking scheme is in operation in the vicinity of the stadium. Any street parking MUST be away from the stadium.

The Tigers went in front just before half time from the penalty spot and went in 1-0 up at the break. Witton took control of the game in the second half as Jack Egan netted twice in the space of three minutes. Ellis Wrench also added two more before Jack Egan completed his hat trick.

Jack Walker added to the score on 76 minutes before Stoke City loanee Jake Twyford added a brace on 79 & 81 minutes to complete the scoring.
