Apparently, Jim Rushe needs time to consider Vics future after the FA up-held the decision of the Evo Stick League to place “our ex neighbours” (I nearly said friends!!!)in the Southern division. Maybe Flixton via Northwich Villa is his destiny!!! PS Good luck with all the traveling Mr R. The end of the “road” MAYBE over ???.. SBL

Now that would be a great shame as Mr.R has been a great friend of ours by nearly sending our ex-neighbours into oblivion. I was going to wish him a long and not so happy chairmanship of the lizards.He will be missed

we have to play at Stafford this season, the terms of the agreement is that we pay Stafford £350 per match and that Stafford get to keep the bar and food takings, the low costing of stafford was initially based on the assumption that we would be a conference North/evo prem side and having a reasonable amount of fans spending money in the bars etc to make up for the low rent charge, Stafford are now getting a bit twitchy though will still honour our contract, Green Mushroom i think Stafford have noticed your survey and realise only 6 vics fans will go and watch and that they will hardly make a penny on the bars etc, in fact they will probably will end up losing money on us, due to the additional costs they will inccur, lets hope the Evo stick shows some common sense and allows us to play in Flixton. To support this Jim is willing to pay a Bond (yes pay) to the evostick to compensate the other clubs in the league for additional travelling costs they would incur, should the Evo stick decide to get some common sense, especially when stafford have no problems in letting us out of the agreement.

Derek has gone over to Witton to measure up to see if the Danebank will fit on the far side of Wittons ground (and it does) along with moving the main stand behind one of the goals, the only stumbling block of moving the Danebank etc its not just a case of taking it down and putting it straight back up it would have to go back through health and safety checks first, not sure if this is something has come about from the fans meeting with Thor last week, so this could potentially override Steves, the trusts and jims plans. not sure if anybody at the meeting last week can clarify.

The writer of that was let out for the day apparently. Think we should get this Derek bloke on board at Witton though and his magical tape measure he sounds an absolute genius! Transport the dane bank over, put their main stand behind one goal and we could then move our main stand behind the other goal. If we then added another all seating stand to one side hey presto we would have a 20,000 all seater stadium for us and V*cs to share! Simples. Everyones a winner!

Yes they do! Stinks of desperation, love how they’re trying to be friendly now they need something from us. I also like how they keep saying we could ‘groundshare’ with a fan ran club. We are the soul owners of our ground and the club is ran the right way all made possible by our great team of volunteers. They expect our volunteers to do all the hard work and for them to come in and make money from it.

As for the idea of a ground share it is a TOTAL non starter, Witton supporters would desert in droves if Vics were given a ground share by our board. They are DEAD, as Spurs fans sing, “They are mouldering in the grave”, leave them there.

When I said Rangers had gone I meant that they were gone as far as the SPL was concerned and at the moment they have no idea in what division they will play in next season and to be honest I think the same applies to Vics for how many people believe they will play in ANY league next season? Rangers will of course be back and I think Vics will be too but probably under a different name, Victoria of Northwich probably and run by their supporters. (What is left of them.)

Rangers and Vics should be “gone”, they have both cheated us all (unpaid tax, national insurance etc etc etc!) only phoenix clubs ought to be allowed in these circumstances like Chester FC!

I think they will play at stafford, however i think from all I hear that it has little to do with keeeping football alive for V**s but an end game for Rushe and associates, Will they see the season out I do doubt that.
