Josh returns on a 1 month loan deal to get some playing time.
I’m a big fan of josh but Ian Howard looks more than capable of replacing him so is it worth dropping him to the bench to give josh some playing time?

Think it’s a great move, Josh Hancock can’t be compared to Howard no comparison, for me I would play Hancock as much as possible in the next month
Well Ian Howard appeared to have been dropped Monday for John Dawson who played well I thought so squeezing in Josh will be tough but he is the better player of the three IMO so will be a tough call for someone !
But if it’s only for a month then what’s the point?
Telfords player will get some game time but wittons players won’t!
John Dawson has still got something to prove and Ian Howard needs time to settle in with his new team mates.
Josh signing is great in the short term but we have to look at the bigger picture.

Club didn’t announce beforehand as FA and league forms did not get sorted till nearly 5pm. Josh has been cleared to play this weekend (if selected)

I’ve said it before and I’ll say it again, fans should be very careful about what they post on social media and fans forums. The premature posting on here could have alerted other clubs before all the paper work is completed.
We should all wait until the Football Secretary confirms all the paper work is complete by posting an official statement on the Official Site.

To be fair you can’t blame fans for talking on here, it’s an unofficial forum! Without rumours and speculation it would be a boring sport
To be fair then, we know who to blame when a decent signing falls through because another club has been alerted to the availability of the player, and they’ve gone in with a better offer!

Yeah my fault I read it after the non league show tweeted it. The non league show has over 20 thousand followers that could of read it. But me putting it on here obviously reaches a larger audience! Who knew?
Appreciate the point being made here by TT.
However, i think the information was already in the public domain, so no harm done.
Certainly when people are given information before it’s made official then we need to be careful about publicising it - but once its in the public domain then i think its fair game.
With this being an unofficial forum, im not sure how much other clubs will take any of the postings at face value anyway.
