Witton’s U21’s are in action on Sunday morning when they travel to in-form Knowsley South in a North West U21’s Development League Premier Division fixture. The Liverpool-based club are currently seventh in the table, level on points with Albion but have played two games fewer. They have only lost once so far from their four league games and in their last outing came back from two goals down to draw with Witton’s neighbours Barnton FC. Witton have had mixed fortunes in recent games but can climb the table and overtake their opponents with victory this weekend. The game is being played at Kirkby Leisure Centre with an 11am kick off.

At the roundabout, take the 3rd exit onto Valley Road/A506 and follow for 0.5 miles. Turn right onto Bewley Drive and follow for 0.4 miles. Turn left onto Cherryfield Drive - Destination is on the left after 0.2 miles. (Total Distance - 35.8 miles).

Knowsley South came from a goal down to beat Witton’s U21’s at Kirkby Leisure Centre on Sunday morning in their latest North West U21’s Development League Premier Division fixture. Jake Allen gave Albion the perfect start and they dominated the majority of the game but missed a number of chances, including a spot kick.

Knowsley South got themselves back into the game and then got the second goal which proved decisive with goals from Aidan McCarthy & Joe Thompson.
