Lancaster City vs Witton Albion.

Witton travel north up the M6 on Tuesday evening as they take on Lancaster City in an Evo-Stik Premier Division fixture. The “Dolly Blues” have made a steady start to their campaign following their Division One North Championship success last season, where they pipped second-placed Farsley Celtic by one point. They currently find themselves in ninth place and have only suffered defeat once from their first ten league outings. Witton will be looking to get back on a winning run again following the surprise home defeat to Rushall Olympic on Saturday but, Giant Axe has always been a difficult place to go and Lancaster will be aiming to continue their unbeaten start in front of their own fans. A tough encounter can be expected. Kick off at Giant Axe Stadium is 7.45pm.

Derek, Do you know if Rob & or Will are going to be fit for tomorrow (Lancaster) game , otherwise ,is it worth going ???

No idea. I guess we won’t know until the team is announced before the game. It’s always worth going if you can, the team are doing great and need all the support.

We should support our team if Micky Mouse and Donald Duck are playing for us! Wish I could make it but the Shingles are still a problem but I hope to be there on Saturday.
WHS.

With Hopley, Jones and Devine doubtful and Hare on holiday its hard to predict the team let alone the outcome, lets just hope the lads selected play well have a bit of luck and come home with the 3 points that will do for Me UTA
