This will be a test of our recent good form - Leek unbeaten in the league at home since March 2009. They have got a strong bench as well - they need it with Dean Crowe sitting on it !

Big incentive to win tonight, depending on other results a victory could take us second in the table. A draw would not be a disaster given the close number of points separating the top clubs.
None of the top half a dozen clubs are at home tonight and to keep the run going with another three points would show real intent!

Presumably the farmer picks his potatoes during daylight hours.
Just spoke to Pete Riley and we have had no communication about the game other than there is a change to the referee.
If he hears nothing, Pete intends to contact Leek Town just before he sets off with the kit at 5.30pm. If the game is in doubt, he will leave a message on the club answer phone.
Let’s hope they have not swapped for the referee from Saturday!

Was looking on Leek’s forum earlier this afternoon and they were saying that the game was definitely ON and no inspection necessary.
