Leek Town vs. Witton Albion

If this is off as seems highly likely I’m going to vegetate.

Getting peas-ed off then Dodger ? Bless !

Why not turnip on the chance it will be played?

Here’s to hoping the players are full of beans after the recent break and not cabbaged out by festive celebrations.

As a another day sprouts I am feeling a bit melon cauli !

Lettuce hope that the weather is kind…

Cos we want to see some footie !

Leaf me out of this.
Let’s hope the Leek groundsman can duck endive and make his potato patch playable.

Could be a 9 carrot performance from us !

Better not squash into one part of the ground.

Its a shame, I’d back us to beet leek aswell, especially if that wet lettuce Dean Crowe is playing!

P.S Who was worse? Tony Evans, Dean Crowe or Kevin Rapley? :woohoo:

I hate to name names Left Pegger but my vote goes to Kevin Rapley.

Just looked on the Leek forum, they’re saying if it freezes tonight there’s little chance of the game going ahead.

Just received text from secretary Graham Shuttleworth to say despite Leek’s optimism yesterday the pitch is unplayable following this morning’s inspection.

The Cammell Laird match from Boxing Day has been re-arranged for Tuesday January 19th

Is there no chance of this game being played tomorrow instead ?
