Witton’s U21’s Development Squad returned to action on Sunday afternoon but are still awaiting their first league points of the season, following their 5-0 defeat at Macclesfield FC who now lead the table.
The game was over by half time as the Silkmen raced into a 3-0 lead courtesy of a brace from Djankpata and another from Eme. Further goals in the second half from Kasali & Djankpata, completing his hat-trick ended the scoring as Albion slumped to their eighth league defeat this season.
