Macclesfield FC have parted company with manager Danny Whittaker following their exit from the Isuzu FA Challenge Trophy at home to Guiseley.
The defeat was their third home loss in five games. The Silkmen currently lead the Northern Premier League West Division by three points and have a game in hand.
