I have received a message from Paul Hargreaves regarding my matchday Information for games.

It appears that visiting supporters have complained about some of the information I have provided regarding certain aspects of the matchday experience.

When providing matchday Information, to save time I tend to copy and paste certain parts from the previous home game.

One of the main issues we appear to have is communication and I can only work with the information I’ve got to hand.

If there are changes to certain aspects then it would help if I was kept informed of them.

Two issues mentioned were that the FanZone is hardly used and Dan’s Bar is not open for every game citing staffing issues.

Putting the information together takes time which I have plenty of but, the information needs to be correct as any discrepancies fall on my shoulders.

Hi Derek, if it would help, if you could email me a copy of your standard matchday info I will try to edit and return it.

The fanzone has only been used a couple if times. Not sure whar the olans are for it going forward.

Neither Danny’s bar nor the club shop were open yesterday, presumably because of shortage of volunteers.
