Central defender Michael Wilson has departed from Wincham Park to join Evo-Stik West club Clitheroe. I’m sure that everyone at Witton Albion Football Club would like to thank Michael for his commitment and contribution to the club and wish him all the best for the future.

I can only echo what’s been said, solid professional with great composure and vision. Cool and calm in possession. Should have played more this season as he has proved himself reliable over the last 3 seasons, for a young lad lots of potential. Good luck Michael maybe we’ll see you back one day.
