Mickleover FC vs Witton Albion.

Witton Albion travel to Mickleover looking to pick up some vital points in the Pitching In NPL Premier Division.

2022 has started with two home matches, with a draw against Gainsborough Trinity followed by a narrow defeat to league leaders Matlock Town last weekend.

From those games, there has been positives to take and Carl Macauley’s side will be looking to build on those in an attempt to bring all three points back to the U Lock It Stadium.

Tom Owens was the match winner when the two sides met in Northwich earlier in the season, Albion running out with a 1-0 victory, and the midfielder’s return to fitness is a boost to the squad.

Right back Joe Ferguson extended his work experience loan at Witton earlier this week, and so the young Blackburn Rovers man is again available for this one.

Cesaire Lingouba is finally available again too after serving a three match suspension and will come into contention.

Kick off at The Don Amott Arena is 3pm.
