Seems a long wait between the two semi finals (almost 2 months)?
That’s what I thought.
The outstanding Semi Final between Winsford United & 1874 Northwich is scheduled to be played on:
THURSDAY, 5th APRIL - 7.45pm.
Witton will meet the winners in the final on a date to be arranged. The venue for the final has also still to be confirmed.
The Semi Final between Winsford United & 187 Northwich scheduled for Thursday, 5th April has been postponed and will be re arranged in the future.
The two clubs will play their league fixture on Thursday night instead of the Semi Final.
Tie has now been re scheduled for FRIDAY, 13th APRIL - 7.45pm. 1874 will now play Thursday, Friday & Saturday this week.
Witton still await their Mid Cheshire District FA Senior Cup Final opponents following the postponement of the Semi Final between Winsford United & 1874 Northwich on Friday evening.
The pitch had passed an inspection at 5pm, only to be called off afterwards.
A new date will now be arranged and details will be announced in due course.

Witton will face Winsford United in the Mid Cheshire District FA Senior Cup Final following Winsford’s 3-2 win in the Semi Final on Wednesday night.
Winsford were 2-0 up at half time but 1874 levelled things with nine minutes remaining before Winsford grabbed the winner in the 90th minute in front of a crowd of 171.
Details of the final are still to be confirmed.
Great for football in Mid-Cheshire that its two biggest clubs will face off in the final this year. Be nice to get a bit of silverware under our belt after such a great effort in the league if we can do it. UTA

Why? If Carl puts our best 11 out for the final and we lose it would perhaps be an upset but not an embarrassment in any way. Surprised to hear you belittle your landlords. Should be a good final I’m looking forward to it. UTA
The problem is that the bigger team do not play there normal game with it being a minor cup at the end of a long season, and the for the opposition its a big deal so they will raise their game ? and of course we might put a weak team out again !
