All are welcome to come and watch another of our teams in their Mid Cheshire DFA Cup Final this Sunday 8th March, between our U14 Warriors and Willaston White Star U14 at Middlewich Town FC. Kick Off is 10.30am - Admission is £2.50 for Adults and £1.50 for Senior Citizens (free for U18s). Parking is via the Seddon St. entrance (CW10 9DT).
Unfortunately, Witton’s U14’s Warriors were unable to follow up the U13’s success the previous weekend as they were beaten 4-0 by Willaston White Star in their respective cup final on Sunday afternoon at Middlewich Town FC.
Reaching the final was a fantastic achievement and playing against a team who are unbeaten and in the league above, the team can feel extremely proud after having held their opponents for the first hour of the game. The team can now concentrate on the league, they are current leaders and can hopefully take that confidence into achieving a second successive promotion.
