New items in club shop

On behalf of Emma in the shop…

We now have a new delivery of home shirts available in a range of sizes

Also new pin badges £4 and drawstring gym bags at £7

The shop will be open inside the club before, half time and after the game tomorrow.

Can someone please send this via facebook as well please.

Where is the club shop nowadays? It’s been locked up all season.

In the social club now.

Where its been since the start of the season , cant miss it., run by the lovely Emma.

Unless it’s been altered recently the signage round the ground still points to where the shop used to be.
It would make sense to change this.

Was that a prompt for me BJC lol, I will sort it.

There still needs to be some sort of notice there, because of the museum that Jim put together as there’s no way that all that can be moved.

Let’s check it out tomorrow cj. Maybe we need two signs? One for the museum and the other for the shop?

Its a shame the museum is closed. I guess it comes down to having a willing volunteer to man it. If anyone is interested I have a set of keys (assuming that there’s nothing valuable being stored in there that is stopping us opening it).

Well yes you can miss it when it’s in a part of the ground I don’t go in, but thanks for the helpful information.

what never ! You have to now if you want to purchase from the shop, Glad to be helpful, all pulling together.

I never go in either. It reminds me of a mixture of a nightclub with that unnecessary loud music and a kids playground. Not for me I’m afraid

Whilst i understand some people might not like the background music a lot of people do, in fact theres been many times away fans have wrote on their forums about how great the Witton Social Club experience has been.
The music is kept to a level where people can talk to each other without having to raise their voice, in fact yesterday i was twice asked to turn it up!
For those that dont go into the Social Club before and after games on a usual Saturday home game the club opens at noon, Helens Kitchen opens at 1pm and the Fish, Chips and Mushy peas are delicious and only £4.95
You can also get Burgers & chips as well as a range of panini’s plus Tea/coffee etc
Inside the Club you can also have a go on Jimmys Predictions, buy a programme, buy from the Club shop etc and get the first reading of the teams from 2 15pm
The free to join membership also gives 20% discount at the bar so a pint of Tetleys is just £2.28 and Carling £2.40

When we travel to other clubs sometimes its like being in a Doctor’s waiting room, i think Wittoners are spoilt by whats on offer but obviously its not for everyone

Absolutely Matt, our social club is the best in our league (and the league above) by a country mile for me. Very fortunate to have such a great place to have a drink pre and post match. UTA

Those who asked for it to be turned up must be very hard of hearing! You can’t hear yourself think let alone have a conversation with someone. It might be some people’s cup of tea but not mine.

You must have mega sensitive hearing, Dave. I always have perfectly well heard and clear conversations with people when I’m in there anyway.

I’m a bit mutton Jeff actually

Now don’t get me wrong I like a bit of background music but that’s something else

I’d go the quacks if I were you and get the old lugs checked out just in case, Dave
