PS As I am the new Art critic for the Guardian I have to be careful what I say, but to be honest, given our relative positions in the League pyramid and the fact that we boringly pay our debts and Vics don’t I think the Guardian get the coverage of both clubs about right at the moment. I am sure when we become the top club, hopefully very soon, we will get the better coverage, until then we must accept second place.

as a friend of andrews i aint happy bout the lack of coverage we get in guardian but to say he northwich fan isnt true guys as me and andrew grew up we always watched witton as kids i still do as he struggles with the job and his new home tho but hey ho he will be coming to as many as he can get to.

The town has 2 teams not 1 and its about time they remembered that. They dont have more fans they just have more turning up the half built ground, there is a difference. Local newspapers are shadows of their former self all around the UK and the Guardian is no different.

Fans are people who support their club, for that reason you are wrong to say we have more fans, we don’t. As for local papers, sadly we now have only one because local people do not support the local press by going out and buying the papers, they prefer to read rubbish like the Sun,the Mirror and the Mail. If you want to read about your club and what is going on in your local area, buy your local paper!!
