Seems to be a lot of our fans on their site joining in their general debates on their current state or future. Currently the members of the supporters trust are going to vote on forming a new club. Of course that is their business but equally we have to continue forging our community links throughout the town because before we know it they will be back in the area somewhere. Why Witton fans seem to want to encourage a new club of our biggest rivals I am not sure, but if one is formed its inevitable we will dragged into issues whether we want to or not. Personally I hope agent rushe and is unacknowledged side kick continue, Sunday league football is just round the corner and that surely is the place to keep the famous name of the town alive?
Personally i think starting a new club is a huge dis-honour to their history and they should avoid it at all costs :silly:
In other news, Witton Under 10s will be guests of Witton Albion FC on Saturday 3rd November.
