Witton’s ESPFA team have qualified for the semi finals of the ESPFA Cup.
Despite losing 2-1 at Ossett United on Monday in their final group game, Witton finish second and go through to the last four with Ossett United, Runcorn Linnets and Skelmersdale United.
Witton looked to be winning the group after Ioannis Koutouzos gave them the lead but the West Yorkshire side hit back with goals from Bobby Isbell on 89 minutes and Ashley Gawthorpe in injury time to secure the points and top the group.
