Is it not possible to put on a “Rock” festival or show at the ground as they do at some of the Premier League grounds? We have a local group, “The Charlatans” that might pull in a substantial crowd. Another possibility is some kind of “Proms.” I went to the Mayor’s “Proms in the Park” last Saturday at Verdin Park and though it was not massively attended those that were there said they would go again as it was a really good night out. With seating and a bar we would be able to offer things that Verdin Park could not. Anyway, just ideas. See you all on the 19th V. Droylsden
