My god its quiet on here ? is there any news on player retained list and or new additions I heard a few snippets but nothing definite -any news would be greatly appreciated - I hate the close season ! 
We may have to wait another week CJ. for the following reasons
- The managers are having a well earned holiday (not together apparently)
- Officially unless on a contract forms arenât registered until 1st June.
I have been told most of the players Pritch/Macca wanted to keep have signed or are about to, and we have some exciting new additions coming through Terry Murphys scouting system who have agreed to join us.
No one seems to know whats happening about friendlys yet.
Oh and Jim Rushe was seen at the ground again the other day???
Thanks ToF, Cant see Jim Rushe getting in to be honest but lets give him a trial ? :laugh: Any way sounds like we are making moves in the market onwards and upwards I hope.
PS why would Rushe be sniffing around - ground share, purchase, part of his big redevelopment of the area - He cant even buy the VS, I dont know about him is he devious, incompetent ? even vics fans seem split on the issue certainly not many seem to be behind him fully.
Rush is a dangerous and devious piece of work, whoever next sees him on this side ofât cut please tell him to do one!

Your tongue is spot on.
It is a club policy not to go public about signings until all the paper work has been completed, and written confirmation received from The FA and The League that the registrations have been accepted.
This should occur towards the end of the 1st week of June.
We should also hear about all the Friendlies about the same time. Graham Shuttleworth is making the final arrangements as we speak. I believe there will not be as many this year, but the ones we do have will be of a better quality. (It was thought that last year, we had too many friendlies, and some of them did nothing to help the team prepare for the new season).
