I do hope River signs again as his organisational skills will be sorely missed

River not been seen at club yet so, not looking good and Prince is apparently leaving according to Andrew Simpson on twitter!

What a huge blow to lose Prince, he has been outstanding for us and will be sorely missed. I hope he has a change of heart and is with us for this season.
However I wish him luck in his career in the future, and thanks to him for his excellent commitment to Witton for the last few seasons.

Prince Gone to Radcliffe Borough apparently !

Not sure why he’s gone to Radcliffe, but a definite loss for us. Tremendous player for us over the past couple of years and especially in the promotion season. Gave Chester loads of problems in the trophy games too

Money!

How can they pay more than us ??? Prince is as good as 2 men, give him a rise !!!, come on Carl !

As much as Prince has been an excellent player at times I would rather we pay what we can afford.

Personal opinion but I’m not sure it is just about money. A few have gone from the excellent squads we have had the last couple of years (Tames, Williams and now Prince to name just a few). Perhaps Carl thinks it’s time to freshen things up and go again. Don’t most successful clubs do that??

Agree on paper that Prince is a big loss, but we have already brought in Marine’s player of the season and a good keeper. More to come I would think. Players will come and go but I suspect it’s more difficult to get a top class manager to drive the club forward.

In Carl we trust he may have another Prince up his sleeve, how can we doubt him?
