Full Time Score: PRESCOT CABLES 1 WITTON ALBION 3.

well done nige first win off the season

and many more to come

MAGIC!!! I really thought we would be lucky to have one point after the first two games considering how new the team was, to have four is BLOODY MARVELLOUS!! Yes, I know, there will be harder games to come, but at least this shows we are not going to be struggling at the wrong end of the league with any luck. See you at the Hednesford game.
WHS.

Thoroughly enjoyed tonights performace. Everyone playing for each other with some exceptional passing and movement. Solid at the back ( apart from the goal ).Warming to Steve Settle - he runs his socks off. Good performances throughout the team but must give MOM to Ben Thornley ( and not just because of his class goal ).

The hurriedly put together " 1st Witton Goal Competition " ( Smudgy Smith 16 mins ) was not won so the WPDF benefitted by 40 odd £. Thanks to all who took part.

Roll on North Ferriby.

Keep the Faith

Great team performance tonight and a fully deserved result
For me top performances from

Steve Smith never stopped running at them all night, scored

Greg Smith kept is in the game early on

Ben Thornley great goal cutting in from the left a good 90min performance

Some of the passing tonight was a joy to watch, and at times better than the bottlers of last year. Ben’s goal worth the entrance fee alone

What happened to the officials second half, 8/10 first half, 1/10 second
,
