Thanks for putting all the fixtures in one place, Wheels - very helpful.
Impossible to call what’s going to happen at this stage, but I think four wins does it…
Hopefully we keep the momentum going over the next couple of weeks and get some decent crowds. Maybe our fellow Northwich brethren could do us a favour or two and help us to sneak in…
I think we’re still in with a chance of doing it but the concern would be injuries and suspensions.
Had we not lost Connor Hughes when we did, our chances would’ve been markedly improved.
1874 Northwich appear to feature in a number of games against the top teams - including us and they can be hit or miss at times.
It looks as if it’s going to be between us and Runcorn Linnets for the final place at this stage and it could even come down to goal difference.
Totally agree. If we scrape in I wouldn’t be expecting us to go up, but in a way that mentality might be quite liberating.
Remember Buxton beating us in the semi on pens all those years ago after we’d finished about 30 points ahead of them!
We play better against the better sides.
Whatever the outcome this season has been a success. Huge praise must go to Jon and all his staff and the players.
From where the football club was only 12 months ago to where we are know is beyond recognition.

To start with literally a blank sheet of paper when Jon and his staff came in and build a squad like they have has been nothing short of incredible.
I dare say there were raised eyebrows at the beginning - mine included, and the start of the season was a concern but they obviously knew what they were taking on and what they were looking to achieve.
The players and management team have done a tremendous job whatever happens in the final few games.
We can make the play offs and we can win through them. Don’t forget we have already beaten the top three as it stands at the moment, so we can do it. We just need to show our support for the remaining games and we could be there. I agree with what has been posted previously the management have done a tremendous job and the players have been magnificent. UTA
Even if we don’t make it, we have been entertained this season.
Echo everyone else great work by the mgt and the board. UTA
Last-minute equaliser for Runcorn at CoL tonight in their game in hand - goal difference in their favour though.
It’s the hope that kills you!
Runcorn’s equaliser came in the 95th minute.
If Clitheroe win, they guarantee a play off spot. If Runcorn Linnets win, Witton MUST beat Hanley Town to take it to the final day.
If both Runcorn Linnets and Witton win, it goes to the final day.
If both Runcorn Linnets and Witton draw, it goes to the final day.
If Runcorn Linnets win and Witton lose, it’s all over and done.
If Runcorn Linnets lose and Witton win, it goes to the final day.
Mossley can only reach the play offs if both Runcorn Linnets and Witton lose and they win but it would go to the final day.
Confused? Yes so am I.
