Radcliffe FC (Blue) vs Witton Albion Academy.

Witton’s Academy team return to league action on Wednesday afternoon when they travel to leaders Radcliffe FC (Blue) in a Joma Division fixture. The game represents Witton’s first outing for about three weeks and they face their toughest test so far against a Radcliffe side who boast a 100 per cent record and have averaged five goals a game. Witton’s form has also been impressive but the inactivity has left them playing catch-up as they have two games in hand on today’s opponents. The game should be a good marker to see how far the Witton team have come since last season’s creditable finish of fifth and also reaching the Semi Finals of the NPL Football Academy Cup. Kick off at The Neuven Stadium is 1pm.
