For those not following the first team down to Telford the reserves have a very hard game against Trafford, a win will keep us in touch with Middlewich at the top of the Mid Cheshire League, kick off is 2-15pm . Come along and support the lads if you can.
A game of two halves, Witton where of the pace in the first half and conceded an early goal, chances where then shared and both wasted and saved, Good defending and goalkeeping keep the score 1-0 at half time.<br>Witton came out for the second half fired up and ready to compete all over the field, the just reward came mid way through the half when Leon rose above the Trafford defence to meet Kenny’s accurate cross.<br>Both teams had chances to win the game late on but shared points was a reasonable outcome. Lets hope results go our way in the other games.
unfortunatley Middlewich won 3-0 at barnton and Knutsford beat Crossfields 1-0 that means we are seven points adrift of the leaders but have a game in hand and they still have to visit us. Still we will have them looking over their shoulders and as long as we keep picking up points i am sure all clubs will drop points along the way.
