A work college of mine gave me a witton shirt from what he thought was the mid seventies and the sponsors were county glass. He told me it was a players shirt but he couldn’t remember who and it has no number on the back. I looked through my copy of “SONS OF ALBION” book and couldn’t find it and i also went into the club shop but to no avail. Any info would be gratefully received.
If my memory is correct County glass were the second shirt sponsors we had (Lynch Plant Hire being the first) I would have to guess it was about 83/84.
I have changed my mind :laugh: I think county glass were our first shirt sponsors and I was close with the year it was 84/85 (comes in handy to keep old programmes!
