Review of last seasons gates

Just had a look at last seasons’ gates:

2010-2011
Month / Number of games / Total Gates / Average

Aug 2 696 348
Sep 4 1094 273.5
Oct 3 807 269
Nov 4 974 243.5
Dec 1 236 236
Jan 2 550 275
Feb 2 467 233.5
Mar 3 797 265.6
Apr 3 796 265.3

TOTAL 24 6417 267.3

This can be compared to the 2009/2010 season figure of 225.

The figure highlight the problems our board faced in trying to meet financial commitments during December to February.

Bit confusing TT or is it my IT challenged brain ?

I typed it in, in nice neat columns, but for some reason, the forum compresses the data?

I then tried putting it into a spreadsheet with neat boxes, and cutting and pasting that into the thread, but the same result??? At that point, I gave up.

The main point is that our average attendance has gone up from 225 to 267.

It also shows how our gate revenue drops dramatically during the winter months of December through to February, especially December when we only had one home game

Thanks for that TT.
Here is to 350 next season, average I mean not the whole season.

you have missed out the chester game in october with agate of 1560. making atotal of 4 games played in october.

Good spot (I am starting to regret starting this thread)

Thank you to the admin person who sorted out the formating from my first post (possibly you can pm me on the secret). In the meantime, I have put full stops instead of blanks inbetween the data, to counter act the compression.

Jeff, just put the word ‘code’ in square brackets [ ] immediately before the section you want to stay formatted, and ‘/code’, again in [ ] immediately afterwards. (Or click the code icon from the boardcode section above where you write your message, the one with blue <>).
