Crewe midfielder Rob Lloyd has joined Witton Albion after leaving Gresty Road by mutual consent.
The 20-year-old has spent this season on loan at the Northern Premier Division club after failing to break into Crewe’s first team.
Chester-born Lloyd joined Crewe as a 14-year-old and rose through the club’s renowned academy system.
After making his debut in a pre-season friendly at Port Vale in 2004 he was handed a professional contract in 2005. [/color]
