It seems to be a sad time in North-West non-league football. With Runcorn apparently having debts of nearly a million and with a big investor who is owed most of that money withdrawing. Runcorn look likely to be put in administration too and need desperately saving.<br><br> They are paying about ?80,000 a year to play at the halton stadium in Widnes.
