Confirmation to Ray and Jeff that the pitch at Pavilions has a 2" covering of snow and despite clearing the lines this morning further snow has made the pitch unplayable.
Under the snow the pitch is not frozen and should be ok once a thaw has set in. It was rolled prior to the snow fall.
I received a phone call from the match referee who had already spoken to Darren Strain our local Referee who told him the game was in doubt.
