Stephen Conneely is continuing with the “Sponsor A Goal” Scheme for this season. Last season the sum of £3,200 was raised. The scheme costs 50p a goal. Anyone who was in the scheme last season who wants to drop out or anyone who wants to be involved who wasn’t last season - Please see Stephen or message him.
Hope it doesn’t include the Youth Team, they’ve scored ten goals in three games.
Hi guys,
I need your help, with the no light at the end of the tunnel as regards when the next game will be played. I want to collect as many pledges in before the ‘end of the season’ whenever that is, we have already advanced £1,000 from the scheme to the football club and there is a further £1,117.50 in outstanding monies out there.
You can contact me on 07742433736 or on stephenconneely12@gmail.com to speak concerning method of payment, i.e. the Club Office or my home at 5, Worthing Street or collection from supporters addresses.
Kindest
Stephen Conneely.
Hi Steve, will drop a cheque in tomorrow for Me and Brian Cross. Cheers
Hi All, almost £500 has so far been pledged to the scheme. Some I may add, have paid over and above the monies owed. Can all the supporters who have pledged and still owe, please get in touch with Stephen Conneely at stephenconneely12@gmail.com or on 07742433736.
Many thanks
Stephen.
Hi Guys,
I have been in touch with John Salmon and he wants the money transferred across by the close of play next week.
Can we please give this another shout. I currently have £581 in hand, and this includes individuals who have paid over the odds as a contribution to the Football Club.
There are a couple of methods of paying - straight to the account of the - Wincham Park Development Fund, Account No 63107493 sort code 20-24-09 Ref SG, leaving your name. Or post: Please make cheques payable to:- Stephen Conneely, 5, Worthing Street, Northwich CW9 7BS.
Stephen Conneely.
UPDATE
At the beginning of the 2019-20 season, Stephen Conneely ran the ‘Sponsor A Goal’ scheme where supporters would donate 50p for every goal Albion netted during the campaign.
It was a successful scheme during 2018-19 and has been so again, despite the fact that the season has concluded prematurely.
Everyone at Witton Albion would like to thank all who contributed to the initiative, and to Stephen for running it and collecting the donations and pledges.
We have raised a further £945 towards club funds, which is fantastic, and a number of supporters have donated above their pledged amount, so a huge thank you for your generosity.
As always, your support is greatly appreciated. UTA!
