Witton’s U21’s are in action on Sunday afternoon when they travel to St Helens Town in another vital North West U21’s Development League Premier Division fixture. Witton go into the game seven points ahead of their opponents but have played more games so will be looking to extend the gap between the two sides as they bid to climb away from the wrong end of the table. St Helens Town have lost three of their last six games whilst Albion were unfortunate to lose narrowly to an in-form Winstanley Warriors last weekend by the only goal. The game is another important fixture for both teams at a crucial stage in the season and it could come down to who shows that determination and who gets that little bit of luck that is sometimes needed when teams are up against it. Kick Off at Ruskin Drive is 3pm.
