Stafford Rangers v. Witton Albion

Witton make the trip to Staffordshire on Saturday afternoon when they take on Stafford Rangers in a Northern Premier League West Division fixture.

Rangers go into the game in sixteenth place in the table but have shown an improvement in recent weeks, winning five out of the last seven games.

Witton will be hoping to complete the double over their opponents following a 2-0 success earlier in the season at the U Lock It Stadium.

Goals courtesy of James Hooper and a James O’Neill own goal proving the difference between the two teams on that occasion.

The trip to Stafford signals the start of a run of three successive games on the road for Ben Harrison’s team, and they will be looking to continue their recent form and climb up the table.

They won’t be looking any further than the game in front of them and they will have to perform if they are to pick up three more important points.

The management team are able once again to call upon the services of midfielder James Lawrie who has completed his suspension and will add much needed experience to the squad.

Kick off at the Stan Robinson Stadium is 3pm.
