Stafford Rangers vs Witton Albion.

Witton travel to Stafford Rangers on Saturday in an Evo-Stik Premier Division fixture looking to keep their unbeaten away record and hopefully pick up three more valuable points. Stafford began the season well but have slipped down the table a little in recent weeks but still sit handily placed in the top half. They have also progressed through to the Second Qualifying Round of the Emirates FA Challenge Cup following a seven goal thriller against Evo-Stik South new boys Peterborough Sports. A number of new additions to the playing staff are starting to show promise and in Dan Westwood, they have one of the division’s in-form strikers. A mid table finish last season where their playing Record was similar in terms of wins, draws & defeats, they will be hoping to improve on that in this campaign but they have already suffered two home defeats in their first three home fixtures. Witton are adjusting to life in the Premier Division well so far but will be looking to add to their goals column and one defeat in the first seven games is a very good return. The fixture begins a run of three successive away games in a week, indeed four of the next six being away from home. Kick off at Marston Road is 3pm.
